Still busy

I have no time now to go to the gym as often as I did due to the upcoming examinations and stuff.

So all I have done is to steer clear of fried food like the plaque(except for the Fried Kway Teow after Obar) and keep having soupy stuff and eating only when I am hungry and I have lost a total of 2 kg.

Treadmill:

Time: 40 minutes
Speed: varies from 7.3-8

Met this personal trainer. A woman who enjoys her food and at 36, she has legs to die for. But since she did not cut down on her food intake has bellies like the rest of us, normal human beings.

Next gym session: Wednesday.
No change in weight yet but body seems to moving faster and mind seems to be more alert though late nights are more difficult to cope with since I start yawning at ten, miraculously only on weekdays.

Short term Goal: lose 1.5 kg by the end of the week
Long term goal: 50 kg in 6 months.

Food intake: Quacker cookies and cream nutritional bars. YUMME-YAY!
Fish, veggies and wedges in the afternoon-YAY!
Half serving of rice, curry and veggies -BOO!

Monday

Food intake:

Morning: No breakfast
Lunch: Chicken chop with brocolli and mashed potato
Soya Bean
Dinner: Hotdog bun, HoneyDew Milkshake Bubble Tea
Supper: Bread with cheese, Ovaltine.


Activities: Stairs
20 minute treadmill
Lots of walking

Today I felt my best after moving so much. Energized, I feel the difference already. Now, the results will be a tad slow and my current weight shall not be revealed but the weight loss/gain will.

I have been a bad girl today.

I ate 4 slices of pizza from Pizza Hut
And lots of coke.

So,to make up for it, I did not eat dinner, drank lots of water and skipped ropes 200 times.
