I have no time now to go to the gym as often as I did due to the upcoming examinations and stuff.
So all I have done is to steer clear of fried food like the plaque(except for the Fried Kway Teow after Obar) and keep having soupy stuff and eating only when I am hungry and I have lost a total of 2 kg.
