I am sick and tired of being paranoid when I think people are looking at the bulge whenever I sit. SO from now on, I am making a journal right here in my trusted bloggie and highlight the ups and downs on what I am going to do to change this body to the one I once knew.
So first and foremost, let me update on what horrendous things I ate today,
Morning: 3 dollars carrot cake
Cornetto ice cream
Plain water
Afternoon: Cheese sausage
Otah2
Bubble Tea
Evening: 1 plate of pasta
5 small pieces of fish
Chicken
Potato salad
Activities I did: Had sex
I do not like my hair, I need to lose weight and tone up my body and need to start looking after my skin condition.
But all of that can change, all with exercise and money and effort to upgrade me instead of being stuck in a rut and that is what I will keep updating on.
Typical day in the gym- Aim: 50 minutes cardio
20 crunches
20 sit ups
100 jumping jacks
Food: Breakfast: Oats in the morning
Coffee
Lunch: Yong Tau Foo or any other soupy things (which are much better and tastier anyway, plus it won’t make you feel like shit)
Green Tea/Plain water
No food after 6.
Just 1 can of Soya bean allowed at night.
And this will stay that way till I lose my first 5 kg. Then again, my discipline would be tested and I am not going to lie here, so if I fall, it would be painfully stated here so that the possibility of me doing it again is minimal.
What can I say, I am but a subtle perfectionist. Yes, there is such a thing, dun say anything.
