And then once again, the closest and dearest remind me oh how fat I look or how disgusting and I retaliate by stuffing that curry or brownie in my face even though I cannot stomach it anymore. And once or twice, I try to puke it out before slapping my face silly not because it could harm my health but because I am afraid of my teeth rotting and then I slap it again because I should worry about my health.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Until my brother snapped a picture of my from the back and I went 'Yikes'.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And it is not just the physical element of it. I am tired, my back hurts, I get really agitated so I don't want to just talk. Instead, I am going to try to stick to my 4 times a week, 45 minutes run for two weeks. If I succeed and I see the weight loss, I am going to continue with the same zest I have for saving. (I really can). But the thing I am going to change right now is that I am going to alternate running with swimming and dancing. After the first two weeks.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If unsuccessful, Imma bite the bullet and hire a personal trainer. It doesn't matter which gym.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Current weight: 57 kg. (Yikes)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ideal weight for me: 51 kg. Min 50kg. Not any more than that. Exam's period here.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thus, when I am not smoking, I find myself pecking on things.&lt;br /&gt;My weakness? MR PRINGLES! It's true, once u pop, u can't stop.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And I am craving oily fried stuff and after one week of not watching what I eat, I try to maintain within the 21oo calories we all need. I usually wake up late now so breakfast is gone.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And then comes a dish of bad bad lunch. So, I skip dinner and drink Soya Bean. People have been saying I lost weight and my boobs have gone down a lil bit. SO, I better not succumb to my desires right now because that would mean my holidays would be chubby lil me running around in Sentosa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gym session starts again once exams end. Which is on 24th.Because right now, I am a bz person. A woman who enjoys her food and at 36, she has legs to die for. But since she did not cut down on her food intake has bellies like the rest of us, normal human beings.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Next gym session: Wednesday.&lt;br /&gt;No change in weight yet but body seems to moving faster and mind seems to be more alert though late nights are more difficult to cope with since I start yawning at ten, miraculously only on weekdays.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Short term Goal: lose 1.5 kg by the end of the week&lt;br /&gt;Long term goal: 50 kg in 6 months.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Food intake: Quacker cookies and cream nutritional bars. Couldn't help it, but it kinda sucked ass, that hotdog.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Activities: 200 jump ropes (Get this month's SHAPE edition, they are giving away skipping ropes that keep count of the frequency of your workout)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sweep, mop, dust, what-nots the whole house.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That's it as I am actually busy doing my project now. SO from now on, I am making a journal right here in my trusted bloggie and highlight the ups and downs on what I am going to do to change this body to the one I once knew.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So first and foremost, let me update on what horrendous things I ate today,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Morning: 3 dollars carrot cake&lt;br /&gt;Cornetto ice cream&lt;br /&gt;Plain water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Afternoon: Cheese sausage&lt;br /&gt;Otah2&lt;br /&gt;Bubble Tea&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Evening: 1 plate of pasta&lt;br /&gt;5 small pieces of fish&lt;br /&gt;Chicken&lt;br /&gt;Potato salad&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Activities I did: Had sex&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I do not like my hair, I need to lose weight and tone up my body and need to start looking after my skin condition.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But all of that can change, all with exercise and money and effort to upgrade me instead of being stuck in a rut and that is what I will keep updating on.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Typical day in the gym- Aim: 50 minutes cardio&lt;br /&gt;20 crunches&lt;br /&gt;20 sit ups&lt;br /&gt;100 jumping jacks&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Food: Breakfast: Oats in the morning&lt;br /&gt;Coffee&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lunch: Yong Tau Foo or any other soupy things (which are much better and tastier anyway, plus it won’t make you feel like shit)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Green Tea/Plain water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No food after 6.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just 1 can of Soya bean allowed at night.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And this will stay that way till I lose my first 5 kg. Then again, my discipline would be tested and I am not going to lie here, so if I fall, it would be painfully stated here so that the possibility of me doing it again is minimal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What can I say, I am but a subtle perfectionist.
